How long do we keep your data?

 

RESIDENTS:

Images until they are no longer relevant to the Foundation or until the data subject requests deletion.

Other data will be kept for as long as there is a contractual relationship.

POTENTIAL RESIDENTS: for one year from the time they express their interest in contracting the service.

DONORS

Billing data for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. Data so that the Foundation can send information until the data subject requests cancellation.

FRIENDS OF HERITAGE: the registration form until the data subject requests cancellation and accounting/tax information for the time required by applicable law.
