Ruritage

RURITAGE (Heritage for Rural Regeneration) is a four-year (2018-2022) project funded by the European Union under the Horizon 2020 Program. It opens access to the possibilities that heritage offers to rural reviving through transforming rural areas into laboratories for sustainable local development. It is built on the evaluation of the potential of their most unique cultural and natural monuments.

 In short, it pursues a new paradigm in which culture is the driver towards growth, development, environmental sustainability, and social inclusion in these areas.
